FAQ’s About Our Custom Healthcare App Solution

What is the first step?

We invite you to schedule a demo. Our 30-minute product demo is a great opportunity for you to see the app in action and get all of your questions answered. We encourage you to loop-in your team members, as there is no limit to the number of attendees. Ideally, clinical stakeholders from your service line, marketing and IT departments, and administrative decision makers will be present for this virtual meeting. Better yet, don’t hesitate to request an on-site demo for your team as we often coordinate site-visits with our many national events year-round.

How often can I make changes to the app?

Rest assured, all of our plan options can be customized and personalized at any time from our user-friendly administrative dashboard. Get a bright idea in the middle of the night? Realize you made a grammatical error? Have a creative bug urging you to dedicate Saturday morning to the project? We give you 24/7 access to make real-time changes inside your app.

How much time will it take to customize our app?

This depends on your package plan, level of customization, timeline and launch date. With the Starter, Individual and Practice plans, we recommend dedicating 5 hours a week to start and adjusting from there. Keep in mind, this initial phase of customization will demand some focused time. Once your app is to your liking, the time commitment exponentially decreases. The Enterprise plan offers quite a few more customization options including unique native binary packages and full-service customization.

How many people can participate in creating our app?

Collaboration is key. Ideally, all stakeholders will contribute their thought leadership. Best practice suggests that you will designate one main project lead for your organization.

Who takes care of software updates and IT specific issues?

iBirth™ is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. We take care of the updates and behind-the-scenes IT support so you don’t have to. No coding or IT team required from your end.

We want our own Midwife or OB/GYN to be represented instead of the OB/GYN currently in the iBirth App. How do we change that?

With one click, you can deactivate content that is not suitable for your practice and then add your own content in its place. This is true for all of the pre-populated content in the program.

How do we know what customized content is best to put inside the app?

We recommend using this app not as a website, but a daily-dose digital learning ecosystem, a daily starting place for your clients to encounter digestible bits of information as they journey along their timeline. The app comes pre-stocked with content. It is a full program off-the-shelf. You can use this content, change it entirely, or reference the stock content as a guide to inspire your own regional or practice specific information.
